Full Renovation and Deck Extension

For a couple ready to downsize and move closer to family, this project was about more than square metres. It was about designing a home that finally matched the way they wanted to live. The existing layout was fully reconfigured from three bedrooms to two, with open plan living at the heart of the home, a new deck, and a spa thoughtfully integrated into the outdoor space.

Getting the spa into position required coordinating a crane lift over the home, closing the road, and careful communication with the neighbours throughout. The kind of detail most people never see, but that makes all the difference to how a project runs.

The result is a considered, comfortable home built around two people and the life they were ready to step into.
