Extension and Partial Renovation

A growing family needed a home that could keep up with them. The existing layout was cramped, the kitchen sat uncomfortably close to the bathroom, and uneven levels between rooms made moving through the home harder than it needed to be.

We delivered a 54 square metre extension bringing a new kitchen, main bathroom, laundry, and living area into the home, along with a rear deck and a gently graded access ramp. Inside the existing footprint, a room was divided to create a new ensuite and a study. New flooring was laid throughout and the levels between spaces were resolved.

The home went from a place the family had outgrown to one built around the life they were actually living.
